SASP Challenges
The website is designed to encourage young people to challenge themselves to be more active at school and at home. Children can choose activities and earn points for each challenge culminating in a bronze, silver or gold award for each group of challenges. The challenges are grouped with these themes, Explore, Develop and Conquer.
The challenges can be adapted for inclusion of all children. To help with adapting the activities. Please take a look at the short video from Activity Alliance.

The real PE programme includes training, the very best innovative resources and real PE membership: Jasmine - your real PE platform, member events and ongoing support. The real PE Whole School programme also includes logins for every family in EYFS and KS1 to support home learning.

AfPE Support for Primary Schools
If your school is currently closed or operating any form of virtual delivery for your pupils please signpost parents to the #ThisIsPE two-minute activity videos that are free, fun and easy to follow. The link to the You Tube videos is available here.
Youth Sport Trust & Sport England
There are many resources available that include '60 second shake ups', Primary, Secondary, SEND and family specific activities available on the Youth Sport Trust website here.
Inspired Schools Daily Videos
Inspired Schools is a local company offering multiple videos daily on their YouTube channel. While some of the videos are PE based and great to get your kids moving, their other curriculum based videos such as Maths and English are also a great resource.
Pentathlon Challenge
Sportshall Athletics have launched a fun Home Pentathlon challenge for all the family. The Home Pentathlon is a fun way for families to take part in adapted Sportshall Athletics events within their home environment. The guidance notes and online score system are supported by a set of YouTube clips. There are 5 Challenges which can easily be adapted to the equipment and space families have.
Why not use it with your pupils as a virtual school challenge or a virtual intra-house challenge and get pupils to screenshot their family scores to either you as a school challenge or just their friends.

Change4Life Fun Indoor Games
Change4Life have also previously teamed up with Disney to provide Disney inspired games and activities for kids to try indoors. This is the perfect time to take advantage of these amazing games and keep your kids active, or even join in with them yourself. Click here to get started.
Change4Life Inclusive Indoor Activities
Change4Life have also created their '10 Minute Shake Up Games' that have been modified to be enjoyed by disabled children. Some of the factors of these games, such as ball sizes, distances or time lengths can easily be changed depending on the player(s). GoNoodle
GoNoodle is a platform for engaging children at home or school for FREE. It is a great resource for brain breaks or keeping active in the classroom.
They also have a 'families' page that offers some great videos and games to use at home.
imoves
Enjoy getting your kids moving no matter what they're learning. imoves have a great variety of cross curricular activities to get your kids up and moving in the classroom and help them learn at the same time. They have some great PE curriculum resources too. Visit their imovement resources page to start watching and getting involved.
School Games Primary and Secondary Activity Cards
The School Games website will host a variety of primary and secondary activity cards created by NGBs, which will be updated on a daily basis and free for all to access. They have uploaded the first four cards produced by Boccia England, British Blind Sport, England Hockey and Swim England. These can be accessed from the new Coronavirus Support area of the School Games website.
Get Set to Tokyo
Although the Olympics are no longer going ahead this year in Tokyo, Team GB and Paralympic GB have again produced a great range of FREE Classroom and Home activities for schools and community groups. Cosmic Kids Yoga
Cosmic Kids Yoga is yoga, mindfulness and and relaxation designed for children aged three and above. Take part in quests, classes and interactive adventures designed to build strength, balance and confidence. Check out their Youtube channel HERE.
Supermovers
Super Movers is a fun and interactive resource designed to get your class moving while they learn. Produced by BBC Teach, click on the link HERE for KS1 and KS2 specific active lessons and catchy songs and easy to follow dance routines.
Premier League Primary Stars
Premier League Primary Stars aims to inspire primary school children in everything from Maths and English to wellbeing and sport. Click HERE to access their free, curriculum-linked resources. There are also lots of resources available to support home learning (registration required).
PH Sports Lockdown Learning Resources
PH Sports are back with their remote learning resources. These can be used with key worker children in school or by all pupils who are at home.

Chance To Shine
Chance to Shine have produced some amazing interactive resources for you and your pupils to access for virtual or face to face delivery. Please click here to either log in to your account or register for a free account on the schools portal. Chance to Shine produced the Cricket Challenges that we utilised on the SASP Challenges website. They have made a 'Be the Spark' leadership programme available for secondary pupils. All the resources for this can be found in the 'Inspire' tab on the schools portal.
European Space Agency: Walk To The Moon Challenge 2021
The European Space Agency (ESA) is Europe's gateway to space. Its mission is to shape the development of Europe's space capability and ensure that investment in space continues to deliver benefits to the citizens of Europe and the world.
The 2020-21 Walk to the Moon Challenge runs from 13 January to 31 May 2021, where teams of students and families complete physical and scientific activities to earn points for their country. Earned points are translated into steps to help the Mission X mascots walk 384 400 km from Earth to the Moon!
Mission X is designed for students age 8-12, but open to all ages. The challenge is open worldwide for school teams and families (teams must be led by an educator or a parent). Registration remains open throughout the challenge.
