About Ilton Cricket Club
Ilton Cricket Club is a small but very successful Club situated in the small village of Ilton in Somerset. Home games are played at the picturesque Childs Clarke Ground.
A welcoming club to both players and spectators, of all ages and abilities, Ilton has Senior teams in the Monmouth Scientific Somerset Cricket League Division 4 (1st XI) and Division 8 South (2nd XI). We also take part in the SCB Minor Cup, and have regular friendlies on Sundays against other local teams and touring teams.
We provide Junior cricket for 4-16 year olds, and in 2020 will have 5 teams (Under 10s x2, U12s, U14s & U16s) in the Mid Wessex Cricket League. In 2020 we will also continue to run All Stars Cricket for 4-6 year olds, as well as the new Dynamos Cricket programme for 7-8 year olds. 2020 will also see the club run a Girls team, in the MWL Under 10s League.
We also run a very successful Ladies team, who participate in the Somerset Ladies Softball League and Festivals.
