Pro-Active Lifestyle and Swimming
| We are a West Somerset water fitness group, calling ourselves PALS for short, because we are pals to each other. We have been in existence for over 20 years, first meeting at Aquasplash in Minehead. However, when Aquasplash closed, like many people we found ourselves with nowhere to meet. Wishing to maintain our congenial association, we made the major decision to become self-sustaining. We moved to St. Audries Pool at West Quantoxhead, where we have been made extremely welcome and wish to share our good fortune with others. |
