In It Together Spring Social Netball League 2025

Dates: Thursday 9th January 2025 - Thursday 3rd April 2025

Venue: Taunton School, Staplegrove Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA2 6AD

Match times: Matches will be 40 minutes and start at 6:30pm, 7.30pm, or 8:30pm

Divisions: Teams will be placed in the most appropriate division based on the player information provided on the registration form and results from previous leagues

Booking information: Please note that teams already participating in the league will receive priority booking until 7pm on Wednesday 4^th December 2024. New teams are welcome to submit a registration form after this time. Any forms received from new teams before 7pm on the 4^th of December 2024 will not be considered.

Entry fee - £35.00 entry per team (payable online later in the booking process).

Match fee - £28.00 per team per fixture, payable by BACS by 5pm on Friday of each week or as a one-off payment once fixtures are confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE as of January 2025, any team to forfeit a fixture will be expected to pay their own match fee and that of the opposition (a total of £56).

The beauty of this league is that there are very few rules. However, some are needed to ensure the league is played in the spirit intended. Please share these 'rules' with your teammates...

• Any team to forfeit a fixture will be expected to pay their own match fee and that of the opposition (a total of £56).
• No limit on the number of regional league/Somerset prem' or regional league/ Somerset prem' standard players to be named in a team, however any team with more than 2 will automatically be placed in the green (top) division.
• Players can only play one game per week
• Players must be school year 9 or above
• If you need to use a player from another team:
  - You can use a player from a team in your division or any division below, but not a higher division
  - You cannot use the same player for 3 consecutive matches (if you do this player will then be considered a part of your team)
  - You can use players not linked to a team, but please make it a like for like replacement
• Nails must be smooth and short
• No jewellery is to be worn – except a plain wedding band which must be taped or medical piercings accompanied by a doctor's note (emailed to Abbie Barker in advance)
• Teams must provide their own bibs
