Move More and Live Longer Better Webinar

The objective is to support workplaces to have meaningful conversations about physical activity with older adults and people living with health conditions.

Move More and Live Longer Better workshop covers the following key areas:

  1. Importance and benefits of physical activity
  2. Types of Activity and national guidelines
  3. Practical tips and common barriers to staying active
  4. Positive conversation skills
  5. Signposting and resources

Ongoing support will be available to workforces following completion and the workshop is supplemented by a resource with useful hints and tips and links to further reading and signposting opportunities.

If you are a health coach or connector, we deliver bespoke training. This session is aimed at health coaches and social prescribers which will be more suitable than the Move More and Live Longer Better sessions.
