This Girl Can Campaign hits our screens again!

Its back! The new This Girl Can Campaign is finally here!

The pictures and stories we have seen and that women have shared with us have been amazing! Real women in Somerset getting out there and doing their thing! Whether it's getting off the couch and having the confidence to run around your local park or challenging yourself to something new and scary! Believe in yourself, get out and do it and let the world know. Share your stories with us and all on social media - #thisgirlcan @SASPsomerset

We also have 5 Somerset This Girl Can Ambassadors that are also out and about trying new activities and blogging about their successes and challenges. We are always looking for more though to inspire other women to get involved and to get moving, so please get in touch if you are interested. Find out more from our Somerset Ambassadors

This Girl Can is a celebration of active women who are doing their thing no matter how well they do it, how they look or even how red their face gets. Developed by Sport England, we want to help women overcome the fear of judgement that is stopping too many women and girls from joining in.

The new campaign hits our screens on Friday 24th Feb, so look out for it during the ad breaks on prime time TV. Get involved and Create your own #thisgirlcan poster using the app in a few simple steps

Be the best you! #bethechange
