How to join

Welcome! To The Beach Wellness

OPENING HOURS:

Our opening hours for the gym are 7.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am to 1.30pm Saturday and Sunday. There is no need to book your gym session.

*PLEASE NOTE: Our busiest times in the gym are when we have appointments booked with GP referrals, every weekday 9.30am - 12pm. These times are therefore best avoided for general gym use. Please ensure this suits you before you sign up for membership, to avoid disappointment.*

COSTS:

Unlimited Gym: £27.50 per month

Unlimited Gym + Unlimited Classes: £37.50 per month (see live class timetable here)

We also offer pay-as-you-go £6 per class or can offer a 10 class package.

PAYMENT:

Payment for membership is by monthly direct debit and requires only one month notice of cancellation. Please use this link to set up your own direct debit.

ESSENTIAL HEALTH FORM:

Completion of a PARQ health form via this link is essential for all users.

INDUCTION:

A quick free 10 minute gym induction is essential and required before using the gym.

A more in-depth 45 minute £15 gym induction with one of our highly-qualified instructors, including your own programme to keep, is also available and perfect if you would like a tailored experience for your goals, or if you haven't used a gym in a while.

Please contact us now by email on: beachgym@sasp.co.uk or call 01643 709778 to arrange your induction.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

Each time you visit the gym, please familiarise yourself with the Fire Exits and procedure for evacuation. Please also ensure you sign in and out on the paper register at the gym entrance.
